This conditioner really helps with inflamed skin and gives the animals the instant relief their skin needs, this product in particular has been super beneficial to raw paws and allergy prone dogs.
I use both of their Conditioners. The one with and without hydrocortisone. For my general every day use I tend to use this one specifically, and when I get a dog that has some skin issues and itchiness. I will use the conditioner with the hydrocortisone. I also offer a "medicated" package that I use their entire Silvet lineup, facewash, ear cleaner, toothpaste, breath spray, shampoo, conditioner and their paw/nose balm. Every customer loves how their dogs look and smell afterwards.
It's very thick and difficult to dilute and rinse, otherwise great product

I think this product is amazing . As a groomer for more than 20 years it doesn't irritate my own skin like the multitude of other medicated products out there. I have only been using it for a few weeks. But clients and my hands are loving it!
