Nexderma is happy to offer FREE shipping for domestic orders over $100, this will automatically apply to your order when requirements are met. Orders will ship via Fedex.
Tracking and delivery confirmation are included with every order and will be sent via email after your order has shipped.

Lost/Damaged
If your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, refer to the tracking # emailed to you or please contact us. We will look into your order details and will assist you in locating your order.

Returned Package
If a package is returned to Nexderma because the address provided was incorrect, Nexderma will not be held responsible for re-shipping. Nexderma will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.​
